I have lost my download and need to download the product again!
The product you purchased comes with a 30 day period during which you can download it unlimited number of times. In addition, usually there is an option to select either Extended Download Protection that lets you download the product for up to 1 year, or Lifetime Download Protection that lets you download the product unlimited number of times indefinitely.
So, if you: have Lifetime Download option; have Extended Download option and are not passed its 1 Year period from the time you purchased it; or have no download protection options, but are not passed the 30 day period; please contact us quoting your order number, and we will send you a new download link right away.
Otherwise, you can use one of the links below to purchase one of download protection options, so you can download the product again:
- Extended Download Protection: Download the product unlimited number of times for 1 Year since your purchase.
- Lifetime Download Protection: Download the product unlimited number of times indefinitely.
After you purchase the desired download protection option, simply contact us stating your original order number, download protection option order number, and the product you wish to download, and we will send you a new download link.
I have ordered the product on CD. When is it going to arrive?
I have purchased the product, but I can't download the software. Please advice.
First of all please verify that you have followed/typed-in download link correctly. Your E-Mail program might have split the download URL over several lines, as a result of which you are not clicking on the entire link. So please double check that you have entered correct download URL.
If you are sure you have followed/typed-in the download URL correctly and you still get an error, then please contact us supplying your order number and date.
